საერთაშორისო რესპუბლიკური ინსტიტუტის (IRI) კვლევის მიხედვით, პოლიტიკურ და საჯარო პირებს შორის პერსონალურ რეიტინგში საქართველოს კათოლიკოს-პატრიარქი ილია მეორე ლიდერობს. პატრიარქს მოყვებიან ყოფილი პრემიერ მინისტრი გიორგი გახარია და თბილისის მერი კახა კალაძე.

კვლევა ჩატარდა საერთაშორისო რესპუბლიკური ინსტიტუტის კვლევების ცენტრის სახელით, ბალტიის კვლევებისა და გელაპის ორგანიზაციის წარმომადგენლის, დოქტორ რასა ალიშაუსკინეს მიერ, 2021 წლის 2-26 თებერვლის პერიოდში. საველე სამუშაოები ჩატარდა IPM-ის მიერ.
