პოლიციამ ოზურგეთში მომხდარი ყაჩაღობის ფაქტი ცხელ კვალზე გახსნა - დაკავებულია ერთი პირი

შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს გურიის პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის ოზურგეთის რაიონული სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა, ცხელ კვალზე ჩატარებული ოპერატიულ-სამძებრო და საგამოძიებო ღონისძიებების შედეგად, 1972 წელს დაბადებული მ.ლ. ყაჩაღობის ბრალდებით დააკავეს. ინფორმაციას შსს ავრცელებს.

დანაშაული 5-დან 7 წლამდე ვადით თავისუფლების აღკვეთას ითვალისწინებს.

გამოძიებით დადგინდა, რომ ბრალდებული მიმდინარე წლის 24 ივლისს, ოზურგეთში, ჯავახიშვილის ქუჩის მიმდებარედ, ყაჩაღურად თავს დაესხა ქალს, ცივი იარაღის გამოყენებით ხელზე ჭრილობა მიაყენა, ხელჩანთა გასტაცა და შემთხვევის ადგილიდან მიიმალა. დაშავებული ქალი საავადმყოფოში გადაიყვანეს, სადაც მას პირველადი დახმარება აღმოუჩინეს. მის ჯანმრთელობას საფრთხე არ ემუქრება.

სამართალდამცველებმა, ჩატარებული სამძებრო და საგამოძიებო ღონისძიებების შედეგად, ბრალდებული ოზურგეთის მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფელ მელექედურში, საკუთარ საცხოვრებელ სახლში, მომხდარიდან რამდენიმე საათში დააკავეს.

პოლიციამ გატაცებული ნივთები ნივთმტკიცებად ამოიღო.

ყაჩაღობის ფაქტზე გამოძიება საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 179-ე მუხლის 1-ლი ნაწილით მიმდინარეობს.

of shares in an LLC is subject to the right of pre-emption (حق الأولوية) of existing shareholders, unless the articles of association provide otherwise.
If a provision of the shareholders' agreement conflicts with the
articles of association, the articles prevail as against the company.
