საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს საგამოძიებო სამსახურის თანამშრომლებმა, გატარებული ოპერატიულ-სამძებრო ღონისძიებებისა და საგამოძიებო მოქმედებების შედეგად, დიდი ოდენობით ყალბი ფულის გასაღების ფაქტზე თურქეთის მოქალაქე დააკავეს.

 


გამოძიებით დადგინდა, რომ ბრალდებულმა უკანონო მატერიალური სარგებლის მიღების მიზნით, მიმდინარე წლის იანვარში, გაასაღა 20 000 აშშ დოლარის ოდენობის, სხვადასხვა ნომრის მქონე, 200 ცალი ყალბი 100 დოლარიანი კუპიურა, რომელიც შემდგომში ამოღებულ იქნა საგამოძიებო მოქმედებების შედეგად.

 


გამოძიება გრძელდება საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 212-ე მუხლის მე-2 ნაწილით, რაც სასჯელის სახით ითვალისწინებს თავისუფლების აღკვეთას 7-დან 10 წლამდე ვადით.
