არჩილ გეგენავა სასამართლოს წინაშე წარსდგება?!

გეგენავას მიმართ საკუთარი ინტერესების დასაცავად სამართლებრივი დავის წამოწყებას "პოპულის" ქსელის შემქმნელი და ამჟამინდელი აქციონერი ევგენი ფიჩხაია გეგმავს.

 

 

როგორც "პირwელისთვის" გახდა ცნობილი, "ნაციონალური მოძრაობის" ყოფილი დეპუტატის არჩილ გეგენავასა და მასთან ასოცირებული სუპერმარკეტების ქსელ "ფუდმარტის" წინააღმდეგ სასამართლოში სარჩელი შეაქვთ. 

 

 

 

სატელეფონო საუბრისას ევგენი ფიჩხაია ადასტურებს, რომ კონსულტაციებს იურისტთა რამდენიმე ჯგუფთან გადის და აღნიშნავს, რომ "არაკეთილსინდისიერმა გარიგებამ მისი, როგორც "პოპულის" მოქმედი აქციონერის, უფლებების სრული იგნორირება მოახდინა".

 

ევგენი ფიჩხაია "პოპულის" აქციების 12%-მდე წილის მფლობელია. ცოტა ხნის წინ კომპანიის აქციების დანარჩენი 88%-ის მფლობელმა "იოლმა" აქტივები "ფუდმარტს" ისე მიყიდა, რომ ამის შესახებ ევგენი ფიჩხაიამ, როგორც თვითონ აცხადებს, გარიგების დასრულების შემდეგ შეიტყო.

 

"ფუდმარტი", SEAF CAUCASUS GROWTH FUND LP-მა "პოპულის" აქციების შეძენამდე ცოტა ხნით ადრე დააფუძნა. დაახლოებით ერთი თვის შემდეგ კი მისი 30%-იანი წილი "ფუდსერვისს" გადასცა და იმავე კომპანიის კაპიტალში 10%-იანი წილი მიიღო.

 

ევგენი ფიჩხაიას თქმით, მას აქვს სერიოზული ეჭვი, რომ ამ არაკეთილსიდისიერი გარიგების შესახებ სრული ინფორმაცია არ ჰქონდათ "SEAF"-ის პარტნიორ ავტორიტეტულ საერთაშორისო ფინანსურ ინსტიტუტებს.

 

 

"ფუდსერვისის" სახელს გასულ წლებში მედია არჩილ გეგენავასთან აკავშირდებდა. კომპანია ხშირად იმარჯვებდა ნაკლებად გამჭვირვალე სახელმწიფო ტენდერებში. არჩილ გეგენავასთან კომუნიკაცია შეუძლებელი აღმოჩნდა, თუმცა ტელეკომპანია "მაესტროს" ახალ ამბებში გასულ მასალაში გეგენავას "ფუდმარტთან" კავშირს მისი თანამშრომელი არც უარყოფს და არც ადასტურებს.

 

"მაესტროს" იმავე სიუჟეტიდან ირკვევა, რომ "ფუდმარტის" მისამართით "პოპულის" დისტრიბუტორთა მხრიდან გაჟღერებული პრეტენზიების გამო ფინანსურმა პოლიციამ საქმეზე მოკვლევა უკვე დაიწყო.
