პრემიერ მინისტრმა, მამუკა ბახტაძემ პარლამენტის პლენარულ სხდომაზე ჭარბვალიანობასთან დაკავშირებით „ერთიანი ნაციონალური მოძრაობის" წევრის, რომან გოცირიძის შეკითხვას უპასუხა და აღნიშნა, რომ ჭარბვალიანობის პრობლემა სწორედ „ნაციონალური მოძრაობის" მიერ 2007 წელს „სამოქალაქო კოდექსში" შეტანილი ცვლილებებით დაიწყო.
